Thank you for choosing Cleo Rogers Skincare for your skincare and facial treatment needs. By booking and receiving services from us, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before your appointment.

1. Services Provided

We specialise in a variety of facial treatments to improve skin health and appearance, including but not limited to:

  • Basic facials

  • Anti-ageing facials

  • Acne treatments

  • Hydration facials

  • Exfoliating treatments

  • Customised skin care plans

Services may vary based on skin type and condition. Cleo will consult with you to tailor the best treatment plan for your needs.

2. Booking and Appointment Confirmation

  • All appointments must be booked in advance. You may schedule an appointment via phone, email or the online booking platform.

  • Card details are required to secure your booking. This is to ensure the commitment of both parties.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or message when your appointment is successfully booked.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide this notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the service booked.

  • No-shows will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

4. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients.

  • A late arrival may also result in a partial service and full payment being required.

5. Health and Safety

  • Prior to any treatment, you will be required to complete a skin consultation form to ensure the service is appropriate for your skin type and any medical conditions.

  • Please inform your aesthetician of any allergies or skin conditions you may have, especially if you are pregnant or have a medical condition that could affect treatment.

  • Our treatments are safe and designed with your well-being in mind. However, we are not liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, or discomfort that may arise from services provided.

6. Payment and Pricing

  • All prices are listed on our website and may vary depending on the treatment type, time, or package chosen.

  • Full payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept various payment methods via card payment, online payment or cash.

7. Gift Cards and Promotions

  • Gift cards can be purchased online. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Promotions or discounts are valid only for specific services or during promotional periods. Cannot be combined with other offers.

  • Expired gift cards will not be honoured.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Your privacy is important to us. All personal information provided to us, including medical details, will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

  • Photos or videos taken during treatments may be used for marketing purposes only with your explicit consent.

  • Photos or videos may need to be taken prior to your appointment or after for the purpose of client progression.

9. Liability Waiver

  • By booking an appointment and receiving services, you acknowledge and accept that certain facial treatments may involve inherent risks, including irritation, allergic reactions, or temporary discomfort.

  • You release Cleo Rogers Skincare from any liability for any adverse effects or reactions that occur during or after treatment, provided those effects were not caused by negligence on our part.

10. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to update, change, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and the updated Terms will be available on our website.
